She often presents her research and expertise at national and international leadership conferences. By applying his expertise and background in communications and employment, Donnie helps clients navigate through complex employee issues. Prior to joining InvigorateHR, Donnie was a contract attorney for two large law firms, where he served Fortune 100 and 500 companies across a wide range of industries. He also served as a volunteer research attorney with Indiana Legal Services, Inc., and a law clerk for the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission. Donnie discovered his passion for human resources while in law school where he focused his studies in the area of employment.
Donnie’s ability to approach situations from a methodical and historical approach enables him to understand client issues thoroughly. This understanding allows him to craft sound solutions to meet client needs.
