Cherilyn brings over 20 years of HR excellence to our consulting practice. From implementing streamlined HR processes and enhancing employee engagement to navigating complex employee relations issues, she consistently delivers outstanding results.


Her expertise spans employee relations, talent management, benefits administration, and HRIS implementations (including PeopleSoft, Workday, and Ceridian Dayforce) across healthcare, media, construction, and financial services industries. Cherilyn has a unique ability to bridge data, technology, and people strategy—helping organizations make informed decisions while keeping employee experience at the center.


Fun fact: Cherilyn is a former Chair of HR Indiana SHRM and Past President of the IndySHRM Board of Directors!
